Welcome and thank you for your interest in Havens’After School Enrichment program!

 

 

Our volunteer-run program provides fun and engaging after-school classes for your Havens students. We are also proud to contribute all profits from ASE into the Havens Parent Club general fund, helping with initiatives such as classroom support, teacher professional development & student STEAM materials.

ENROLL NOW: Please note that by registering your child for ASE classes, you are consenting to all outlined policies.

Registration Policy

Registration begins on Monday, November 18, 2019 and classes begin on Monday, December 9, 2019.  Cancel or change registration by Sunday, November 17, 2019 to receive a refund. After November 17, 2019, no refunds or transfers except in the event of class cancellation. Class registration closes at midnight prior to the first day of the class, registration after this point will be charged a $25 late fee.

Transportation Policy

Students in Grades 1-5 are responsible for their own transport; students in TK-K are transported from their classroom or Schoolmates to their ASE class by an ASE instructor or program coordinator. Students left after class for 10+ minutes will be sent to Schoolmates.
