HAVENS PARENTS CLUB (HPC)

I hope you had a restful Thanksgiving break … because it’s now a sprint to 2020 and the next few weeks are sure to be full of happy chaos!

Join the fun at our Winter Festival THIS Friday (3:30-5:30pm) to continue our wonderful tradition of supporting others during the holidays. It’s one of our favorite events, enjoyed each year by families who want to encourage the spirit of giving. Children can donate warm socks and participate in a creative sock competition, they help package personal care kits and write seasonal poems and cards for the elderly. Snacks will be provided and there are fun craft activities for everyone. Please RSVP by clicking Winter Festival RSVP and read the SERVES notices below for greater details.

To deepen your support of others, please contribute to our annual JFCS (Jewish Family & Community Services) Gift Giving Program through your classroom SignUp Genius. This year's gift request are much simpler and easier to obtain, which we hope will result in our largest donation to date! In addition to supporting local, low-income preschools, Havens has always collected for refugee families sponsored by the JFCS. These families  have endured unthinkable hardship. They have been displaced from their country, community, extended family and culture. Any contribution is greatly appreciated and will directly help a family begin to heal and rebuild a new life here.

Thank you for supporting Havens’ charitable efforts at this special time of year :)
