Q. I'D LIKE TO GET INVOLVED, HOW DO I VOLUNTEER?
A. There are many volunteer opportunities depending on your availability. Look at the Volunteer page for more information.

Q. HOW DO I KEEP UP WITH LATEST NEWS?
A. Havens Highlights is emailed every Wednesday and is the most vital weekly communication. It will contain a summary of the next week's events, updates from Principal Dolid, HPC and much more! You will also receive weekly emails from your child's classroom parent.   

Q. HOW DO I FIND THE HAVENS CALENDAR?
A. You can find the instructional calendars and Havens calendar here. We suggest that you subscribe to the google calendar!

Q. I NEED TO FIND AFTER SCHOOL CARE, WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON THIS?

A. Havens After School Enrichment is a fantastic option. Classes start immediately after school and are held on campus. Schoolmates, run by Piedmont Recreation Department, is right on the Havens campus. Learn more about after school care options here.


Q. WHAT IS PEF? 

A. PEF stands for Piedmont Education Foundation. The Piedmont Education Foundation is a community-based, registered 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to promote academic excellence, champion innovation, and provide sustained financial support to the Piedmont Unified School District. PEF contributes approximately 6% of the Piedmont Unified School District’s annual budget and is the steward for an Endowment valued at over $6 million. Learn more.

Two of PEFs biggest programs are The Giving Campaign, which is a check writing campaign that takes place the first half of the school year, and Spring Fling, which is an event and auction based program that takes place in the Spring.
